About This Portal
The Balance of Power project contains 108 IR theory functions across 12 modules, each grounded in academic sources. Functions appear here only after verification: the source passage has been read, the math checked, and the implementation confirmed to match the theory.
The portal is a free, public reference. Interactive calculation (running functions with custom inputs) is planned for a future release.
